Anyone with a heamaroid recently given birth naturally ?

just want to know if anyone that has given birth naturally that had a heamaroid did it cause you any problems or pain ? I have got myself one of those painfull little suckers this time around and im just worried what the pressure of baby's head will do to it on the way out sorry about the nature of the question , but some info from a womans point of view would be good thanks !!!!
