Is it possible to hide s this way?

is it possible to conceal your in pants that is not so super tight? I mean, i have seen some people on TV that make me surprised to see they have quite a that has enough size, and i at first think that because the pants they wore before made their s not look like its size that no one would even think of checking them out, even though the pants is not really baggy. An example is Jessica Biel, huge in dresses but not so huge in pants though her pants are not that lose. Do you guys see this often in other people? Just making sure that those on TV don't do anything outside of bodily nature in their body parts
