Okay so I need some advice on this guy ! please!?

first of all Karma Really got back at me! So i was going out with this guy for 11 months, but i wasn't felling him anymore so i left him also because i like another dude. so its been like 2 months that me and him have been over but the dude i left him for hasn't even asked me out! so i was like wtf? i knew he liked me he had told me before and like a few weeks before he was like" damn i want you bad" but he never asked me out so i found out that he likes another girl that's why he hasn't asked me! but he was like why don't you be my "lover" wtf?! noo i did not go thrue all this s**** just to be get on little piece of you. so idk what to do. should i just stay as homies, or be his lover.
