Can you get pork in Syria?

While it is difficult to get pork in Syria, it isn't impossible. Pork can be bought at certain import stores (but pork bought there is very expensive, and usualy only bought by diplomats). Some resteraunts in the Christian areas also serve pork in certain dishes, such as Cordon Bleau- though they will always ask if you'd prefer chicken instead.
