A good letter? Will give best answer TONIGHT!?

Well, I'm writing a book, and a man (in his twenties) recieves a letter informing him that his parents, (Harold and Elizabeth Ballister) died in a tragic car . I want to sound formal.. Like canned text. Can someone write the letter in a way that someone from the Life Insurance company would, or something? It is very important to me. Please submit!
