How can I remove Lsas.Blaster.Keylogger from my PC?

I cannot get rid of this thing. I can’t open my files, control panel, drives or anything. It keeps trying to run scans and the pop-ups are getting out of control. I have tried different programs but nothing has worked so far to remove it. Please help!
