If Sunni Muslims believe in "Democratic Election" then why aren't their Countries Leaders Voted in...?
They are doing what most of the countries usually do, and that's basically speaking the words but not acting on them. In Pakistan, the women know their islamic rights, but because of the culture and how the men will gang up in support of other men, it's dangerous for them to speak out and stand up for themselves. I don't ociate with either sect as the Quran orders us not to be divided, so for me to choose a sect in and of itself is sinning. The Quran does believe in democracy, and women have the right to vote. I would think that this also counts towards electing a leader. To sum up what I'm saying, they prefer culture over Islam but pray anyway as lip service.
