Is 16 too young to get lazer surgery? how long does lazer surgery take to heal?

im only 14 now but i have really bad acne scaring and i hate it! i am always teased about it and i dont know what to do anymore! my mom knows that it bothers me so she told me that maybe when i was 16 and when my acne was gone i could get lazer treatment to fix it. im just worried that i might be a bit too young and it might take too long to heal. im currently using bio oil but my parents do know and i dont think theyll get me new stuff when its out! my 2 questions are: is 16 too young to get lazer surgery? how long does lazer surgery take to heal? thanks guys:)
