Peadophillia is legal in Saudi. Shouldnt it be outlawed?

I personally find it immoral, but I believe that children are not sufficiently physically or psychologically developed to engage in acts, and that marriage should only be between consenting adults. Then again, I'm not a Saudi citizen, so I don't get to decide what is and what is legal or illegal in Saudi Arabia. Fortunately, many Saudis are speaking out against this ancient practice. Change is coming...slowly, but it's coming.
