Should Obama offer the VP spot Senator Kerry.D-MA..?

in 2004 Kerry had the election stolen from him and now he would make a great VP..he has military experience and he good with money ..he has married into money on serval times and just look at Machusetts..its deep in debt and being VP he could help out the Bay state..and maybe the Pats will win this year...thanks..Ketchup any one..
