Where can I watch Season 4 of One Tree Hill Online?

If it's posisble to watch it on CW that would be grea...but I'm from Canada and I've already tried an anonymous proxy on it, and it doesn't work...peekvid doesn't work, and tv-links.co.uk also doesn't work...HELP!!!!!!
